You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the Stake Holders above.
A person who has very rich experienced in Production, Particularly in Edible oil, soap-detergent and Feed plant & who is Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on profit. He will be working in SALES & MARKETING division of Projects as SALES MANAGER-Projects & will be fully responsible for achieving sales targets & recovery of Receivables. / Or any Receivables
Job Description:
· Will devise Sales Strategy to meet the value objectives.
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
· Review the Market scenario and plan key initiatives in view of competitors’ strategy.
· Monitor, assess the current coverage and optimize the sales.
· Develop Distribution channeland managethem.
· Identify emerging markets and market shifts
· Monitor Competitors pricing, Strategy & new development and recommend pricing time to time.
· Improving market penetration and increasing the share of the Spares.
· Look for export opportunities.
· Strong business sense and industry expertise
· Identify emerging markets and market shifts
· The candidate should have a very rich experience in Edible OIL Processing and Commissioning or Complimenting industry.
· He should haveexperience of 2-6 yrs and should have worked for a period of min 2 yrs in Production of edible oil/ feed plant.
· Open to Travel frequently.
Qualification Criteria:
· Candidate should have educational background - Min. Graduate.
· Excellent Communication Skills & Fluent in English
