Since its inception in 2000 with small-scale production of vibro separators and de-stoners, the company has grown to provide advanced solutions for cottonseed, sunflower, and other oilseeds.
Ferro Oiltek specializes in machinery for Delinting, Decorticating, Preparatory, Solvent Extraction, and Edible Oil Refining. Certified with ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 (UKAS), it operates from its Ambernath office and a 25,000 sq. mtr manufacturing facility in Malkapur, supported by 200 skilled technicians and modern equipment.
Utilizing SolidWorks for precision engineering, the company designs pressure vessels and complete plant layouts. Its in-house unit features 7D Flow waterjet, Hurco VMC, CNC Turning Centre, Juaristi Horizontal Boring, and large-scale assembly and fabrication bays. Ferro Oiltek also partners with MACFUGE (Italy) for centrifugal separators used in vegetable oil, biodiesel, and related applications.
